- It helps us feel like we are flying through the air and improves our coordination.
### Activity (10 minutes):
1. **Class Discussion:**
- Ask students if they have ever used a see-saw or swing.
- Have them share their experiences and why they like using them.
- Discuss the importance of being careful and safe when using these playground equipment.

- Allow students to color the pictures using crayons or colored pencils.
- While coloring, play a short video or a song about playgrounds and having fun.
### Closure (5 minutes):

- Quickly review the key points: what a see-saw and swing are, how they move, and their uses.
- Ask a few students to share one thing they learned today.
2. **Goodbye and Assignment:**
- Thank the students for participating.
- Encourage them to notice and safely enjoy see-saws and swings next time they are at the playground.
- Assign them to draw their own picture of either a see-saw or a swing at home and bring it to the next class.
### Assessment:
- Observe student participation during the discussion.
- Review the student's drawing and coloring sheets.
This plan ensures that the students not only understand the basic uses of see-saws and swings but also engage in interactive and fun activities that reinforce the lesson.
